- Responsible for executing social outreach programme to meet Company’s Sustainability Development Goals
- Organizing activities relating to social & environment at internal and external level by collaborating with HR
- To conduct company-wide climate change awareness.
- Establishing mandatory E-learning training modules related to sustainability & climate change
- Conducting face to face / virtual training to staff regarding latest regulatory requirement & Company’s initiatives towards Sustainability
- To actively involve company-wide climate change initiatives, i.e. green product launching, green investment portfolio in line with BNM taxonomy
- Developing climate change related metrics and tools for carbon & Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission across Scopes 1, 2 & 3.
- Liaising with stakeholders from various department for Sustainability related data collection.
- Coordinating SES committee activities which include meetings, reporting, i.e. sustainability report (Global and regulator) etc.
- Obtaining information from companies and other industry best practices in the implementation of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) strategies.
- To focus and work towards obtaining Sustainable Certification for the Company
- Embracing on Environment & Social Responsibility Initiatives.
- Perform other ESG related tasks and when required.
- Assist the Head of Sustainability to oversee the Sustainability Department.
