About your role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Drive recruitment process with market research and talent mapping.
- Independently source talent using recruiting tools and job boards.
- Provide advisory support on job descriptions and interview questions.
- Propose new channels and trends to attract top talent.
- Manage multiple recruitment channels daily.
- Develop strategies for campus hiring and fresh graduate recruitment.
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews and facilitate hiring procedures.
- Stay updated on social media trends, including TikTok and Instagram.
- Willingness to take on additional assigned duties.
Criteria to meet:
- At least 2 -3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience with recruiting platform such as Jobstore, LinkedIn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talent.
- Creative, outgoing and result oriented candidate is required.
- Speaks & communicates well in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
