Mr Lee has more than 20 years’ of managerial experience from various industries namely pharmaceuticals, network marketing and the retail sector. Prior to co-founding Six Degree Consulting, he was working in a leading German fashion retail brand. His prior management experience also gave him the opportunity to be working with various markets in Southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Dublin Metropolitan University.

Mr Chan has a combined of more than 20 years’ experience as an entrepreneur as well as being in the recruitment, logistics, F&B and health wellness industry. His last appointment at the executive search industry equips him with the knowledge to co-found Six Degree Consulting. His vast experience allows him to boast a wide network of contacts throughout the region. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University as well as an accredited health & wellness coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Nazura is a strategic, confident, and insightful Talent Acquisition and HR Operations leader with extensive, multifaceted experience across various MNC companies.

A graduate with a major in Operations & Management Science, with a minor in Human Resource from California State University Chico, USA. She started of her career with a stint in Silicon Valley with Tandem, USA. Her strengths and experience include leading critical recruitment sourcing, hiring and on-boarding strategies that strengthen organizations from a fundamental level, with some HR expertise to build strong programs, processes, and infrastructure governing recruitment strategy. She has full P&L responsibilities with commercial understanding and experience, coupled with project management and service delivery experience.

For about 15 years, she has excelled in dynamic recruitment environments, across multiple industries, demonstrating a keen ability to anticipate management and staffing needs and consistently identify optimal talent to achieve or exceed goals. Nazura has also led Talent Acquisition teams across multi geographical locations – Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Philippines, managing team up to 14 headcounts.

Jay has 7 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant with Six Degree Consulting. She has successful placement of various business operational role across the board, covering industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Telco, Network Marketing and Engineering. In Six Degree Consulting, she is focusing on Executive Search, Client Services and Business Development. She holds a Psychology Degree from Tunku Abdul Rahman University, Malaysia.
